hcdev init has misleading feedback message #653

ERR:<nil>initialized empty application to /Users/connor/Documents/HoloWorld with new UUID:11842b00-4489-11e8-ba07-3c0754045586

It looks as if the message is an error message, even though there's the 'nil' in between, it may concern many users
