Finally integrates holo-chat with holo-vault!

A lot going on in this PR:

Merges holo-vault zomes in to chat until bridging is ready
Finishes retrieve logic for vault/profile
Adds init function for chat that registers with vault and creates a default persona
adds a top level chat component that displays a dialog unless chat profile is linked to a persona
