Network errors on macos #67

We keep seeing error messages like

error: download of 'https://cache.nixos.org/nar/1vdsfhgpnik849kp754isfxpd1lmg5ikfha737skm46bv8vxng4z.nar.xz' was interrupted

That stop the cache being updated for MacOS
