fixes #103 just by providing a useful failure message #104

I thought in any case this error message could be more useful. There might be various folks spinning up lair keystore processes decoupled from holochain, and they might run into it.

@Connoropolous - the clippy fixes have been merged into main. Can you update / see if CI passes?

Edit: Nevermind, i fixed the setting that allows me to update branches. All updated, CI running now.
