[BUG] Error during holochain startup should not reprompt password #140

If holochain fails to start up (for example due to a timeout) after initial setup it should not re-prompt the setup screen and lair keystore should probably be stopped again. Otherwsie, re-launching fails with "Error launching lair keystore"
