[Linux] .deb file dependencies of different Launcher verisons conflicting #210

Describe the bug Trying to install a Beta 2 Launcher from a .deb file if a Beta 1 Launcher is already installed fails with the folowing error:

dpkg: error processing archive ~/Desktop/Launcher Releases/0.11.2/holochain-launcher-beta-2_0.11.2_amd64.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/lair-keystore-v0.3.0', which is also in package holochain-launcher-beta-1 0.10.2
dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
