Add a new web-plugin: climbing harness, which allows the user to navigate large trees more easily.

Features (in order of priority):

[x] Sidebar appears with button
[x] Parents and children of selected node appear
[x] When clicked they navigate the view
[x] ~~Hotkeys to go to parent/child~~
[x] ~~Hotkeys to select parents/children before navigating~~
[x] Parents and children have color-coding
[x] Selected node appears in sidebar for context
[x] Button has image
