[x] Participants should send heartbeat.
[x] Scribe should keep track of "last seen"
[x] periodic task on scribe should change detect when folk leave session from no more heartbeats, and notify gonness to others
[x] Scribe should notify others when a new folk appears
[x] UI should show grayed-out hexes according to user status
