Put docs online #67

It would be appreciated to have easily accessible online API docs from Doxygen. 
Many projects have that and it is kind of expected. A cronjob to build the docs 
from hg should do the job.

I'm waiting for the v0-2 release to put a zipped html API docs...
But I will probably not do that on a regular basis (nightly build style), at 
least not in the immediate future..

I've put the Doxygen docs in http://docs.ogreprocedural.org, and I'll try to 
update them regularly...
