Exceptions in processing of WSS header not handled correctly #36

When an exception occurs in the processing of the WS-Security header this results in java.lang.NoSuchMethodError. This error however is not caught by the handler responsible for the processing of the WS-Security handler.

This problem occurs also in v3.0.1
