Confusing log message in SubmitFromFile worker when MMD file can not be renamed #69

When the SubmitFromFile worker fails to rename to the MMD it logs this as "«mmd file» is not processed because it could be renamed". This of course should be "«mmd file» is not processed because it could not be renamed"
