split server into services (no more build step) #107

motivated by https://github.com/open-app/holodex/issues/72 and https://github.com/open-app/holodex/issues/74

deletes the unused sidebar module.

close to being ready, gonna attempt a deploy using the new instance repo format.

deployed holodex.enspiral.com, and it works! :tada: looking to merge this in, also based on the new instance repo format will start tagging releases to push out to the instance(s).
