The Guardian Legend - Status bar flicker #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the game "The Guardian Legend"
2. Midway through the first stage, status bar flickers randomly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win32, current as of Monday, 12/08/08

That is a Frame IRQ problem, if I remember correctly.  I am working on it.
