How about the issue that the owners of the games and the ROMs are eligible
to sue Mr. Holodnak and probably Google for unauthorized use of their
copyrighted intellectual property?

The gentleman is hereby advised to cease and desist on ALL EMU projects
before he and contributory infringers are subject to serious economic
damages across various juridical venues.

Uh-huh.  The emulation community has been around for more than 20 years and 
there are
already emulators for virtually every platform ever made on the PC and other 
gaming
platforms, but creating YET ANOTHER emulator for a nearly 30 year old platform? 
Yeah, THAT's gonna be the last straw.  Use your head, man.
