Countdown steals one second #25

Please describe the issue:

The countdown sometimes starts with one second less than it should, e.g. 14:59 instead of 15:00.

What steps can you take to reproduce the issue (or what do you think caused it)?

I have entered different time values and tried different browsers – it keeps on happening.

Please describe your setup:

1.10.0 and 1.11.0 beta.0 both exhibit the issue. Mac Pro 3,1; MacOS 10.15.2
