include support for Huawei Modem E372 #21

We add support for Huawei Modem 3g+ and 3g Hologram needs to add more hardware support for different vendors and id products, this is a single improve about this.

This looks pretty good to me. I don't think we have any of these in the office but I can double check tomorrow. I don't forsee the changes being problematic but we also will want to test this to make sure most if not all of the functionality still exists.

We can probably put together a test script to run that hits most of the points since you already have the hardware I assume.
