HOLOS CLI - Outputs #63

Feature request.

I have just started using the HOLOS CLI program, the farm that was created included both field and beef (livestock). I am noticing that the GHG output summary files only include information for the emissions related to the beef and not the fields.

I'm also trying to identify which columns we would need to add up for the total field emissions as it does not seem to identify it as clearly as in HOLOS 4. Would anyone have the answer?

Hi @JesseFCC , can you take a look at issue #55 to see if it answers your questions about the emissions output for fields when running the CLI?

My last comment at the bottom of that issue might be helpful, if not let me know.
