docs: add httpbin workload section to expose a service #238

This patch manages the httpbin Deployment, Service, and ReferenceGrant. The remaining final step is to expose the service with an HTTPRoute and Certificate.

We again needed to add a field to the schema APIObjects to get this to work. We need to fix #237 soon. We'll need to do it again for the HTTPRoute and Certificate resources.
