Canonical link setting is confusing, and not currently working for holoviz sites #167

Seems like the fix in https://github.com/holoviz/holoviews/pull/4307 worked:

Presumably need to do the same thing across other holoviz projects now (wherever they don't already set WEBSITE_URL in doc/conf.py).
