Support mamba for installation of packages #80

I would like to see pyctdev add the option to install packages with mamba install ... instead of conda install ...

There's a development version of conda that adds the solver from mamba to conda, so we might benefit from just waiting for that to get released to avoid adding yet more complexity to pyctdev...
