The topic notebooks have been converted into self-contained, reproducible projects that each define only the necessary environment in the pyviz-topics/examples repository: examples #87, examples # 89, examples #102,examples #103, examples #104, examples #105.
This means we no longer need a large global environment defined for EarthML and that notebook building infrastructure is no longer needed here. In addition, isolating each topic will mean they will be easier to maintain in future.
