Archive warning #108

Adding scripts to add and remove archive warning banner. These were run directly on the gh-pages branch and then:

git commit --amend --no-edit
git push -f origin gh-pages
image

Also updates readme with a similar warning

Looks good; couple suggestions:

  1. nest these inside scripts/ in the home dir
  2. once this is merged, also use the official archive repo functionality image

Looks like the official archive functionality is reversible so I don't think I need any more approval before proceeding... I'll go ahead and do that and just mention it at the next HoloViz meeting
