@jsignell Looks great!

Other than the comments I've made above, the only thing I might suggest is a note (in classic notebook we used to use bootstrap alerts) saying that the plots won't be responsive without a live server. Some of these plots probably could be made to work on the website using holomaps without bloating things too much, but it might not be worth the effort.

@jlstevens I made all the changes except for the notebook alert one. It feels like that should be something that the website adds to all notebooks.
