User Guide 03 - now with regridding #22

I added a fair amount of content in here. I ended up deciding that a lot of the stuff that I was talking with Philipp about yesterday and Jim today was actually not super important for this story. It'll be more of a big deal in 05 I think because there we will want to talk about images vs quadmeshes and that is where there could be some really big geoviews wins.

This approach is more logically sound, but sometimes global attribute data can be lost.

Can you explain what you mean in a way that people can act on that? Here it's not clear how they will know when data is lost, which data gets lost, and so on.
