Particularly for environment issues, requesting the output of conda --info and possibly prompting to upgrade - or linking to a troubleshooting section where that's discussed - could allow us to help people faster or allow people to help themselves.
Wonder if it's possible to share a template across projects, e.g. with submodules? pyviz itself needs a template too...
