Dev testing of subcoordinate_y for stacked traces without having to offset data values. Also updates the main eeg workflow to fix the rangetool issue (although this adds back the issue of spacing on the served app, which I've noted in a Panel issue), adds rasterize to the minimap (why this suddenly works I'm not sure), and adds a VSpan annotation as an example
