Dropping 2.7 and 3.6 as per HEP1. I'll let the maintainers decide whether they want to release it in 3.0.2 or 3.1. By the way I'm submitting this change as the tests were failing on 3.6 and didn't really want to bother fixing them, based on HEP1 again.
