Add a few packages required for the pip build #72

I've seen that these packages are required for the pip build while working on releasing nbsmoke.

@jbednar the tests are failing on Windows due to a new version 2.11.0 of the package freetype. I ran the tests with 2.10.4 locally on Windows and they passed. Merging then.
