Remove freetype pinned version in the CI test suite #74

Merge it in a few weeks, once there is a version of freetype that doesn't cause matplotlib to fail on Windows.

Apart from the disabled Appveyor ones, looks like tests are passing now; merge this?

I can't see any appveyor setup that remains in this repo, though it was there when this PR was opened, so maybe those bits will just not show up for the next PR opened.

I also believe the failing Appveyor reports won't show up in the next PR.

Agree to merge since the corrupted version of freetype has been soft-yanked.
