Cleanup in preparation for 3.0 release

• Allow lists in group and not_group arguments, to simplify docs.
• Fixed colorcet.__version__ string; had been reporting 1.0.0 forever. (!)
• Updated total and continuous colormap counts in docs
• Added circle maps to the docs and made new cyclic section
• Updated doc building and disabled interactivity warning
