I always struggle to find the link to the current DEV docs. For example as now when I want to check out the docs for the FlexBox.

Could we add links relevant for development to the Developers guide at https://panel.holoviz.org/developer_guide/index.html?

Jupyterlab for master branch on Binder. This makes it really easy to get a "fresh", external environment to verify things in.
