Bump example on comment in this issue #4

This Issue can be used to test the action.

There's an action in .github/workflows/update-examples.yml reacting on every comment on this issue.

When a comment is added, diagram in examples/sequence.puml (on branch example) is modified with the comment id as a message on the sequence diagram and an svg is generated.
