How to:
Create New Tag - first popup, then dialog visible allowing color selection and title
Issues:
1) selecting a color has no immediate effect on the left tag tree in sidebar (only refreshed when creating a new note)
2) Tag selection via TAGS no effect.
3) The edit tag dialog with the color picker is not reachable again via right click on the tag itself under TAGS -> tag (ony via TYPED - Tag - selection)
4) Tagging a note not possible, neither d&d nor direct assignment (e.g. in gmail attach label/tag)
