Hi @jollijumper, thanks for your feedback! 🙂 What kind of improvements would you like to see in the user interface of PDF Archiver? Do you have any suggestions for an interaction of these 2 apps? Best regards, Julian
Hi @JulianKahnert and @holtwick, what I have in mind:
file types First PDFArchiver works only with PDF files. OnePile work with different file types.
drag and drop
adding files is easier in onepile. Simple drag and drop a file and tag it.
PDF Archiver only monitor his „untagged“ folder, make it for to monitor more (Desktop, Documents and Download Folder for example)
batch file edit - tagging several files of the same context (important for the startup with the tool. Tagging all payrolls, manuals, bills of the last years is a pain in the ass und stopped me from working with this.)
i like the idea of PDF-Archiver (https://github.com/PDF-Archiver) very much. A simple document managment based on low level file system basics. (Names and folder structure)
But the workflow and user interface of PDF-Archiver ist not that straight forward.
It would be great to see you both working together. OnePileArchiver. app
