Sorting not selectable with tag subset

Please describe how the error can be reproduced:

• create some notes
• create a tag
• add the tag to some of the notes
• click on Documents -> all are shown in the list, sorting can be changed with point menu
• click on the tag from above -> only the subset of documents with the tag are shown in the list
• choose different sorting, e.g. "Sort by Title" -> the navigation is reset to Documents means that the subset of a certain tag cannot be shown in another sorting
