I need to create and edit a tables contents or "outlines" for pdfs. It is the only sensible way to get around in a lengthy, multi-section document.
Am I just missing it somewhere? I was surprised that I could not figure out how to do it, since it was a standard feature of Acrobat back in version 8 or thereabouts.
