[x] Better wording "Good" and "Medium"
[x] Allow setting a default value in preferences
[x] Suggest optimization in idle mode like "You can save x% using Squeeze"
[x] Apply automatically
[ ] Loosing links/ annotations after squeeze
[x] Squeeze does not work for all documents

Example 400dpi scan cannot reduce to 150dpi: test.pdf

QuartzFilters do not seem to work any more as of macOS 10.15. PDF/X works, but the results are lousy. Will implement my own file size reduction that is also useable on iOS.
