Does the serendipity to exist within the individual agents (the participants in the workshop), or is the serendipity exhibited by viewing the multi-agent system as a whole? When the authors talk about 'sociality' in Section 5.1, I still have the impression that the serendipity resides within the individual agents, but this raises problems with the mapping of the schematic in Section 4.2, as it seems to suggest that the entire multi-agent system is viewed as a whole (serendipitous) entity. More discussion on this is needed.
