Add application review pages #86

Closes #68 .

This PR adds:

  1. The preview card for applications
  2. The preview screen of applications
  3. The review page for applications
  4. Associated cleanup of functions, interfaces

With these changes, it's obvious that the home page should be split up. Maybe move the admin features into a totally separate page
