This is a custom report outlining how we designed code tests, how we implemented them, and their ultimate results.

[x] Start with a section describing how we designed and defined application unit, integration, and system tests
[x] Write a section on unit and integration tests and their GitHub actions workflow and results
[x] Write a section on system tests design

Put the report in documentation/closing folder when complete.
