Add descriptions to editing screen #244

Closes #206 .

This PR adds:

  1. some descriptions to the editing screen
  2. updated the GUI in the editing screen to break up some of the white

    Maybe it is too busy now? Let me know

  3. added a colour theme to the date and time pickers
