Changed PDF Viewer plugins again #258

Many of these PDF plugins are in different states of maturity

Added proguard-rules as the release build will require it for the flutter_pdfview plugin as per their documentation.

Changes simple remove the fun buttons from the last plugin in exchange for working on iOS:
