Create a distribution example using Kafka

If AxonServer is not available, Kafka is used for distribution. Create an example that demonstrates the use of the following technologies:

• Postgresql as RDMS
• Camunda with Polyflow Core(s) using JPA Event store as one deployment
• JPA View as a dedicated deployment
• Kafka as Event Bus distribution bus
