Many critters even though they only have 1 health are unkillable.

It seems to be not all critters, I will log them as I caome across them

It seems to be random, I first noticed it in the blood elf town, but have noticed it with others in various places about. The only reason i was trying it was because in live many moons ago there was an achievement to kill critters (not sure if it is still a thing or not now though) Some I think must just have the unkillable flag. Next time I come across one I will log the .npc info Sorry I didn't think to get the info earlier.
