Quest/Spell/Item/Creature(ID) The ID is: Flurry (Shaman)
The Current Behaviour is as following: It is not consuming the stacks , and any non-critical attack activates the skill
Expected Behaviour should be as following: After a critical hit the next 3 attacks would have a 15% increase in attack speed
