[Class[Hunter][Beast Mastery] Cannot tame beast as "target is too high level"

The Current Behaviour is as following: Upon clicking tame beast spell on target pet the notice appears as target is too high level and therefore cannot be tamed

This is with all beasts in any zone for that matter atm since npc beasts are scaling with the character NPC ID 30 - Forest Spider
