Portal to Orgrimmar Not there in Sunfury Spire #902

Quest/Spell/Item/Creature(ID) The ID is: 27298

The Current Behaviour is as following: I Go to the spot with portal and its not there. Expected Behaviour should be as following: There to be a portal to orgrimmar. Screenshot/Video (IMGUR/YOUTUBE): See there's no portal and if you see my mini map i'm suppoed to be looking at it. I've clicked on everyone in here not portal options avialable. image

I found a work around by using teleportation stone to Undercity, and went to portal in Tirisfal Glades
