Expected Behaviour should be as following: Odyn will demand a banquet worthy of the ancient trials you must complete; the merit of a banquet does not begin with the great heap of beasts that supply it, but with the dishes that serve to serve them.
Deep within the Highmountain lies the ancient lair of Neltharion, though you may know this hellish dragon better as Deathwing. You will find the remains of the adamantium lining that used to contain his molten skin deep within his lair. They will be excellent tableware for the banquet.
You should be able to get around the item on mythic difficulty
