Quest/Spell/Item/Creature(ID) The ID is: The View from Down Here (28868)
The Current Behaviour is as following: Using the Viewpoint Equalizer (67249) shrinks Frostmane Builders (41251) successfully, but they're not counted in quest.
Expected Behaviour should be as following: Every shrunken builder should be added in the quest count.
