Quest/Spell/Item/Creature(ID) The ID is: incinerate,conflgrate spell warlock allince side

The Current Behavior is as following: incinerate,conflgrate is not generating 2 soul shard fragments

Expected Behavior should be as following: your supposed generate 2 soul shard fragments

To be exact, the generation of soul shards doesn't exist. We never recover the shards.
